About the Associate Product Manager Intern Position

Are you someone who can see the big picture while keeping track of all the small details that make it happen? Do you love guiding projects from start to finish? If so, we’d love to talk to you about joining us as our next Associate Product Manager Intern!

The products/features your team released has impacted significantly the desired business metrics, eg. revenue, efficiency, brand reputation, etc. You have the best product and customer knowledge in the company. This allows you to make great product decisions.

Delivering the right products to our customers is the heart of what we do, and we need your help to keep the momentum going. Did we mention some of our clients include MongoDB, LucidChart, and other big names you probably know? You'll be shaping the future for them too.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify product improvements using data from web analytics, customer feedback, and other sources
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth functionality
  • Brainstorm and develop new product ideas
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to help bring products to life
  • Conduct customer discovery and gather insights
  • Define product requirements and help guide ideation
  • Test products and features to ensure top-notch quality
  • Perform market analysis to stay ahead of trends

What You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus!)
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity and a knack for thinking outside the box
  • A passion for data and making informed decisions based on analytics
